1. Who we are
SIXSTAR is an unofficial fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive."GTA" and "Grand Theft Auto" are trademarks of their respective owners. SIXSTAR is a companion tool made by players, for players.
2. The service
SIXSTAR provides a companion experience (a waitlist today; map, tracker and community features later). It is provided "as is", in active development, without warranties of any kind. Features and availability may change.
3. Your account
If you create an account, keep your access secure — you are responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse SIXSTAR: no illegal use, no attempts to break, scrape or disrupt the service, and no submitting unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Community contributions
Contributions (such as submitted locations) are subject to our review. By contributing, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a license to display it within SIXSTAR.
6. Intellectual property
Our brand, design and original content are ours. Game names, maps and assets belong to their respective owners; we reference them only as an unofficial companion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIXSTAR is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, which is provided without warranty.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
