SIXSTAR ("we", "us") is an unofficial fan project. We keep this short and honest: this policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Account data — if you create an account, your email and basic profile (handle, progress), handled by our authentication provider.
• Usage analytics — if enabled, product analytics (pages viewed, clicks) to improve the experience. We never sell your data.
• Technical data — standard server logs (such as IP and browser type) processed by our hosting provider.

Why we collect it

To notify you about the launch and product updates, to provide your account and save your progress, and to understand and improve how SIXSTAR is used. Our legal basis (GDPR) is your consent — which you can withdraw at any time — and our legitimate interest in running and improving the service.

Who processes it

We don't sell your data. We use trusted providers purely to operate the service:

• Supabase — database & authentication
• Vercel — hosting
• PostHog — product analytics (when enabled)
• An email provider — once we start sending launch updates

Cookies

We use essential cookies for your login session, and analytics cookies (PostHog) when analytics are enabled, solely to improve the product.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and unsubscribe at any time. We honor GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) rights. To exercise any right, email us at hello@sixstar.games.

Data retention

We keep waitlist emails until launch or until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while your account exists — delete your account at any time and we remove it.

Children

SIXSTAR is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
